Conference Venue: Professor Dr. Osman Turan Congress Center, Karadeniz Technical University

• Conference fee: None for this first meeting

• Travel & lodging: Self-arranged (Guesthouse spaces & partial funding may be available)

• Online option: Available, but we encourage in-person attendance​

Visas​

Nationals of many countries do not currently require a visa to enter Türkiye. However, participants are kindly advised to check the visa requirements applicable to their nationality in advance (www.visa.org.tr). If an official invitation letter is required, the organizing committee will be happy to provide one upon request.

Travel & Lodging​

Trabzon International Airport (TZX) accommodates several international and domestic direct flights. A flight from Istanbul to TZX takes around 2 hours.

​

The Conference venue at Karadeniz Technical University is located around 8 minutes from the Trabzon International Airport. The two nearest accommodation options are the University Koru Hotel and the University Guest House, both within walking distance of the Conference venue.

Presentation Format​

Oral and Poster presentations. Oral presentations are 30 minutes, including Q&A sessions. There is no strict format for posters, but they should be reasonable in size.

Invited talks will be announced later.
